Base Engineering Srl drafted the project to restore this historic dockyard in Liguria, near the sea.The building is located on a woodden hill and has access the sea, the architects transformed the workplace in lively residential open spaces.
Winter provided the 3d model of the project, rendering exterior and interior perspective views and photo simulation of the building in the existing environment.
